Police Report - 5-11-14; Euthanized at animal shelter – 16 dogs and 11 cats.

ARRESTS
    ▲ Statesboro Police, Bulloch County Sheriff, Georgia Southern University, and Georgia State Patrol arrests made Friday through Sunday will be reported Tuesday.

➤ Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office
    ▲ Tyler John Morgan, 24, Minor Road, Richmond Hill – battery.
    ▲ Steven Sauls, 32, Wallace Wiggins Lane – marijuana possession.


INCIDENTS
    ▲ Statesboro Police, Bulloch County Sheriff, Georgia Southern University, and Georgia State Patrol incidents occurring Friday through Sunday will be reported Tuesday.


➤ Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office
    ▲ PECAN GROVE MOBILE HOME PARK – (Portal)  A woman, highly intoxicated and showing red abrasions to her thigh, told deputies around 8:30 p.m. Wednesday that she had been assaulted by three others. She interrupted deputies and talked while they tried to get information, reports stated. She was given advice on magistrate procedures for taking out warrants.

➤ Bulloch County Animal Shelter
    ▲ The shelter reported the following activity during the week of April 28 through May 4.
    ▲ Surrendered by citizens – three dogs and nine cats from rural county areas; one dog and five cats from City of Statesboro.
    ▲ Collected by officers – nine dogs and five cats from rural county areas; two cats from City of Statesboro.
    ▲ Adopted from shelter – three dogs and two cats.
    ▲ Reclaimed by owners – none.
    ▲ Died at shelter – six dogs.
    ▲ Euthanized – 16 dogs and 11 cats.
    ▲ Fees collected – $280.
