Police Report - 4-30-14; A woman told officers someone spread animal fecal matter on her front door.

    ▲ SAVANNAH AVENUE — A man told officers that surveillance video showed a man wearing a baseball cap entering a car and pickup truck parked at a home at 3:14 a.m. Monday. A Junhans watch, valued at $1,900 and made in Germany, was missing from one of the vehicles.
    ▲ JOHNSON STREET — A man told police that a woman slashed a tire on his car around 8:30 a.m. Monday. The woman admitted to doing so, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass.
    ▲ JARRARD PRE-OWNED VEHICLES — A man told police that someone stole stereo equipment, valued at $450, and $5 cash from a pickup truck between 6 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m. Monday. There was no sign of forced entry.
    ▲ BOYS AND GIRLS CLUB — A man told officers that he saw two boys spray-painting the back wall at 3:42 p.m. Monday, then leave.
    ▲ CONE HOMES — A man told police that someone stole his bicycle between 11 and 11:30 p.m. Sunday.
    ▲ MORRIS HEIGHTS APARTMENTS — A woman told officers at 5:20 p.m. Monday that someone spread animal fecal matter all over her front door sometime overnight.

➤ Arrests
    ▲ Karon Eddie McNeal, 24, Garden District Apartments — suspended registration, no insurance, possession of drug-related objects, tampering with evidence, possession of marijuana, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle.
    ▲ Bryan Anthony Marseille, 19, Centennial Place — tampering with evidence, possession of marijuana, possession of alcoholic beverage by underage person, false identification, possession of a drug-related object.

    ▲ Randall Keith Hamilton, 44, Portal — financial transaction card fraud.
