    ▲ Hunter Nicholas Frey, 24, Southbend Drive — felony theft by shoplifting, theft by deception.
    ▲ Jerry Terriel Smith, 21, Lanier Drive — battery, criminal trespass.

    ▲ WALMART — Wednesday around 12:30 p.m a man shoplifted a large ceramic hand platter, a jar of Miracle Whip, a can of tuna, pack of  ham and a bottle of garlic powder.

    ▲ Michael Justin Jenkins, 23, Harden Road — marijuana possession with intent to distribute.
    ▲ Chrystal Yvette Key, 42, East Main Street — identity fraud, first degree forgery.
    ▲ Whitney Grant Perkins, 28, Hwy. 301 North — first degree forgery.
    ▲ Darrell Lorenzo Scretchen, 49, South Mulberry Street — sale of marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, sale of a Schedule IV controlled substance, sale of a Schedule II controlled substance, possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance and possession of a Schedule II controlled substance.
    ▲ Latoya Jai Wilkerson, 29, Morris Street — identity fraud, first degree forgery.
    ▲ Cornelius Lamont Wright, 24, Spruce Street — battery, obstruction.
 
➤ Incidents
    ▲ REEDY BRANCH ROAD — (Brooklet) Wednesday around 7:15 p.m. a man reported his nephew threatened to kill him. The man said the offender became angry when he asked him to remove fish traps in his pond and laughed about his nephew getting his truck stuck by the pond.

➤ Arrests
    ▲ James Millard Barker IV, 18, Elbert, Ga. — criminal trespass.
    ▲ Jared Clark, 19, Lanier Drive — possession of marijuana.  
 
➤ Incidents
    ▲ Officers issued no traffic citations or warnings and assisted seven motorists Wednesday.
