    ▲ DEANNA DRIVE — A man was arrested around 11:15 p.m. Saturday after a woman said he swung a knife at her.
    ▲ BUTLER HOMES — Police met with a woman around 2:40 p.m. March 24 to investigate reports that a man stole $1,000 from her wallet, pushed her in the face and threatened to harm her.

    ▲ THE FORUM — Police and a deputy responded to a crowd of about 100 people gathering around 1:30 a.m. Saturday. One woman refused orders to disperse, argued with officers, and was arrested.
    ▲ SOUTH GEORGIA FAMILY MEDICINE — A man told deputies around 9:30 a.m. Friday that an employee was fired after $6,128 was determined to have been stolen since January.
    ▲ SCOTT’S CREEK LANE — (Register) A man with red hair and not a stitch of clothes on knocked on another man’s door around 8:50 p.m. Saturday. When the complainant yelled for his wife to call the law, the offender begged him to terminate the call, quickly put on his clothes and fled, reports stated.

    ▲ Troopers issued six seat belt citations, 12 speeding citations, one child restraint citation and 37 total citations Friday through Sunday.
    ▲ Troopers also investigated 16 crashes with three reported injuries; stopped 67 vehicles; patrolled 1,651 miles; issued seven seatbelt warnings, 23 speeding warnings and 67 total warnings; and assisted one motorist Friday through Sunday.

    ▲ SOUTHERN PINES — Officers responded around 7:15 p.m. Sunday in reference to a drug complaint.  Three occupants were judicially referred to university officials for punishment regarding for drug violations
    ▲ FREEDOM’S LANDING — Officers responded to a panic alarm around 1:06 a.m. Sunday and discovered that two individuals had been involved in an affray. The parties involved were judicially referred to university officials for punishment.
