    ▲ Ryan Keith Mayes, 43, Arnold Street, Savannah — executing a fictitious check.
    ▲ Richard Eugene Futch, 51, listed as homeless — executing a fictitious check.
    ▲ Darion Macy Braddy, 19, Rucker Lane — improper turn lane use, DUI under 21.
➤ Incidents
    ▲ LEN TENNER COURT — Officers responded around 3:40 p.m. Sunday to a report of an 18-year-old woman pointing a gun at a juvenile. The parties involved signed a waiver of prosecution.
    ▲ MORRIS HEIGHTS — A woman said a man sent threatening texts that frightened her between noon and 10 p.m. Thursday.
    ▲ RETRIEVERS — The bar owner reported that $25 from a tip jar was stolen around 11 p.m. Thursday. A suspect took the jar into a bathroom and removed the cash, he said.
    ▲ HERITAGE BANK OF THE SOUTH — Two men were arrested for trying to cash a fictitious check around 12:15 p.m. Thursday.
