    ▲ Nathan Samuel Rogers, 22, Whispering Pines Boulevard — criminal attempt to purchase marijuana.

    ▲ HIGHLAND ROAD — A man told police he sent $3,000 to a man who called, pretending to be his grandson and nephew around 10:30 a.m. Monday. It turned out that the call was not from his relative.
    ▲ JULIA P. BRYANT ELEMENTARY SCHOOL — A student flagged down an officer at the school around 11:19 a.m. Thursday concerning an issue the officer said should be addressed by a school counselor and social caseworkers. Those authorities were advised of the situation, details of which reports did not disclose.
    ▲ DELUXE INN — A man told police around 3:50 p.m. Thursday that a 49-year-old man was sending unwanted texts to the complainant’s juvenile daughter. Police advised the offender to stop all communication with the child.
➤ Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office
    ▲ LUCY LANE — (Statesboro) A woman said she was walking her dog around 11 p.m. March 8  when a man stopped, exited his car and began walking alongside her. He left when her dog began barking and growling.
    ▲ PIONEER TRAIL — (Portal) A man complained to deputies that another man and his family accessed Lake Collins in violation of community covenants. The alleged offender said he has lived at the lake for 10 years and does not observe the community covenants.
