Chelsea Erica Waters and Ben Grayson "Benji" Ellis Jr.

    Mr. Rabun Todd Waters of Sylvania, Ga., and Ms. Debro Lynn Jones of Statesboro, Ga., announce the engagement of their daughter, Chelsea Erica Waters of Statesboro, to Ben Grayson "Benji" Ellis Jr. of Hopeulikit, Ga., son of Mr. and Mrs. Ben Grayson (Becky) Ellis of Hopeulikit.       
    The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Waldo and Jeneva Jones and Becky and Hikie Scott and the late Rabun Waters. She graduated from Portal High School and attended Ogeechee Technical College, graduating from the dental assisting program. She is employed by J. Harvey Elerson, DMD, and works as a dental assistant.
    The groom-elect is the grandson of Juanita Kirby Morris and the late John Wilson Kirby and the late John Paul Ellis and the late Beatrice Beasley Ellis. He graduated from Bulloch Academy and attended Ogeechee Technical College. Benji works as a farmer with his father and brother at Ellis and Sons Farms. He and his family were awarded the Bulloch County Farm Family of the Year award in 2012.
    The couple has planned to wed on March 22, 2014, at 5 p.m. at Meldrim Woods Plantation.
