    ▲ Samuel Joseph Hart, 23, Caribe Court — DUI, failure to maintain lane.
    ▲ Portia Porter, 26, Church Street, Claxton — DUI, failure to obey traffic device.
 
➤ Incidents
    ▲ WALMART — A man and woman took items off shelves and returned them to fraudulently get a gift card valued at over $300. Then they did it a second time, getting a refund for $327. The two were not apprehended, but their identities are listed in reports, which gave the incident time as 9:20 a.m. Monday.

➤ Incidents
    ▲ CHOCTAW HUNT — (Statesboro) Deputies called for assistance from Statesboro police in disbanding a large party, where numerous cars were parked illegally, at 12:30 a.m. Sunday. Occupants refused to open the doors to talk to deputies and slammed a rear door on them when they attempted to contact the house tenants that way. No one would talk to officers until someone called for tow trucks, but before the wreckers arrived, the occupants disbanded and no vehicles were towed. Two tenants were charged with maintaining a disorderly house.
    ▲ PEACEFUL LANE — (Portal) Deputies responded around 7:30 p.m. Feb. 22 to a domestic dispute over infidelity. The woman said she had evidence the man was involved with her female cousin.
    ▲ CYPRESS LAKE ROAD — (Statesboro) Deputies responded just before midnight Feb. 22 to a fight between a man and two women. He struck one after grabbing her and tackled another woman, causing visible injuries. No one was arrested.

    ▲ None reported Friday.

➤ Incidents
    ▲ Troopers investigated four crashes with no reported injuries; issued one child seat belt ticket; stopped 11 vehicles; and patrolled 586 miles Thursday.
    ▲ Troopers also issued five speeding warnings and assisted three motorists Thursday.
 
GEORGIA SOUTHERN UNIVERSITY POLICE
➤ Arrests
    ▲ Evan Maurice Hanner, 19, Knight Drive — underage possession of alcohol, possession of a false ID and disorderly conduct.
 
➤ Incidents
    ▲ Officers issued six traffic citations, one traffic warning and assisted three motorists Thursday.
    ▲ SUPER 8 — Officers responded at 11:34 a.m. Thursday to a domestic dispute that occurred in Georgia Southern University Lot 41. No arrests were made.
    ▲ SOUTHERN COURTYARD — Officers responded at 11:47 p.m. Thursday in reference to an unknown person banging on the door. A man was arrested on underage alcohol possession, false identification and disorderly conduct charges.
