    Mr. Patrick Sweeney of Youngstown, Ohio, and Mrs. Ruth Sweeney of Matamoras, Pa., announce the engagement of their daughter, Naomi Katherine Sweeney of Newtown Square, Pa., to Michael Thomas Bergh, son of Mr. and Mrs. Roger S. Bergh of Statesboro, Ga.
    The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Carl Daub and the late Mr. and Mrs. Alan Sweeney of Narrowsburg, Pa. She is a 2005 graduate of Delaware Valley High School in Milford, Pa., and a 2009 graduate of Baptist Bible College in Clarks Summit, Pa., with a Bachelor of Science in health and physical education. She is currently employed by Delaware County Christian School in Newtown Square.
    The groom-elect is the grandson of Mrs. Martha Fuller and the late Mr. Charlie W. Fuller of Auburn, Ala., and Mr. and Mrs. Leland Robinson and the late Knute H. Bergh of Tonasket, Wash. He is a 2005 graduate of Statesboro High School and a 2010 graduate of Auburn University with a degree in civil engineering. He is currently employed with the Alabama Department of Environmental Management in Montgomery, Ala.
    The couple has planned to wed on July 3, 2014, at 5 p.m. at Historic St. Luke's Church in Smithfield, Va.
