Rose Gringer and John Malcolm Hagan

    Sandra Rosenberg and Jerry Gringer of Statesboro, Ga., are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Rose Gringer, to John Malcolm Hagan.
    Rose is a 2007 graduate of Statesboro High School. She also graduated from Georgia Southern University in May 2013 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in creative writing. She currently works for Belk. Rose is the granddaughter of the late Rueben and Esther Rosenberg of Statesboro and Phillip and Rose Gringer of New York City, N.Y.
    John is the son of JoAnn and Robert Hagan of Statesboro. He is a 2007 graduate of Statesboro High School. He also graduated from Ogeechee Technical College with an associate degree in computer support systems in May 2013 and an associate degree in networking in August 2013. He is the grandson of the Rev. Cecil and Christine Currie of Screven, Ga., and the late W. Kay and Gertrude "Toots" Hagan of Savannah, Ga.
    An April 2014 wedding is planned at the Statesboro Inn, Statesboro.
