Police Report - 12-27-13; Police arrested a juvenile girl who refused to obey her mother.

    ▲ POJO’S/HWY. 80 EAST — (Statesboro) Police arrested a juvenile girl who refused to obey her mother, and sat texting after a deputy ordered her out of the vehicle.
    ▲ SWALLOWTAIL DRIVE — (Clito) A man said his ex-wife came to his home, stripped herself of clothing and asked him to have sex. When he turned her down, she became enraged, struck him in the face, and followed him outside while she was still nude. Then, she tried to put a curse on his relationship with a current girlfriend, he said. The woman was gone when deputies arrived.
    ▲ RESERVE LANE — (Statesboro) A man was arrested after causing a disturbance, throwing and breaking household items.
    ▲ LIVE OAK LANE — A man demanded sex with a woman, and after she turned him down, he came into her children’s bedroom, pointing a rifle at her son’s head. They exited and she began placing toys out for the children’s Christmas, and he placed the rifle barrel between her buttocks. Later the intoxicated man complained about food she brought him and a verbal altercation continued until deputies came and escorted her and the children to a safe location.
    ▲ SANDPIPER DRIVE — A man said someone stole change and a lottery ticket. A woman was arrested for burglary.

    ▲ Troopers investigated 13 crashes with eight reported injuries; issued one seatbelt and one child restraint citations, 15 speeding and 27 total citations; 123 total warnings including five seatbelt and 72 speeding warnings.
    Also, troopers assisted three motorists and patrolled 572 miles.
