    ▲ Regina Greene, 31, Virginia Pines Avenue — wanted person.
    ▲ Joseph Kelechi Okekpe, 21, Statesboro Place Circle — possession of a Schedule III controlled substance, marijuana possession.
    ▲ Kristopher Ellis Bailey, 22, Rucker Lane — possession of a Schedule III controlled substance, marijuana possession.
    ▲ Stephen Michael Ware, 48, West Kinlock Drive, Jacksonville, Fla. — failure to appear in court.

➤ Incidents
    ▲ MATTHEWS ROAD — A man said a neighbor was loud, yelled profanities and drove his clients away. He also said the offender was operating a business without a license.
    ▲ FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH — Someone called police about a man begging for money and diapers. He had been warned to stop doing so, as it had become a regular occurrence. He was gone when officers arrived.
    ▲ BAY STREET — A woman said a man struck her in the face, causing bloody lacerations. The man was not at the scene and officers gave the woman information about taking out a warrant.
    ▲ ST. JAMES APARTMENTS — Officers responded to reports of a physical fight between a woman and her live-in boyfriend.

➤ Arrests
    ▲ Officers issued eight traffic citations Thursday.
    ▲ Lori Leona Gronemeyer, 19, Georgia Highway 67 — underage possession of alcohol, possession of a false ID.
    ▲ Paul Franklin Smith, 19, Knight Drive — underage possession of alcohol and possession of marijuana.
 
➤ Incidents
    ▲ Officers issued five traffic warnings and assisted six motorists Thursday.
    ▲ UNIVERSITY PLAZA — Officers discovered a woman attempting to enter a Georgia Southern University police car in the parking lot. She was arrested for underage possession of alcohol and possession of a false ID.
    ▲ SOUTHERN PINES — An officer responded in reference to an intoxicated subject who was arrested for underage possession of alcohol and marijuana possession.
    ▲ CAMPUS CROSSINGS — Officers assisted the Statesboro Police Department with an incident at Campus Crossings apartments. Two subjects were judicially referred to university officials for punishment for drug violations.
