Police Report - 11-13-13; Two men were arrested after beating each other with 2-by-4-inch boards.

    ▲ Angelo Tobias Davis, 50, Clyo-Stillwelll Road, Clyo — theft by shoplifting.
    ▲ Martinique Jeanee McCrory, 21, South Main Street — simple battery.
    ▲ Balik Raqsheed Drummer, 17, West Inman Street — battery.
    ▲ Houston Lee Adams Jr., 23, Lindsay Court — affray.
    ▲ Freddie Lee Hamilton Jr., 32, Park Place — aggravated assault, simple battery on law enforcement officer, disorderly conduct, public intoxication, affray, obstruction.
    ▲ Eric Deontae Allen, 27, Lanier Drive — battery.
    ▲ Davyn Ahqujawn Dixon, 22, DuPont Street, Augusta — marijuana possession.

➤ Incidents
    ▲ HARVEYS/FAIR ROAD — A briefcase and wallet were stolen from a car.
    ▲ BUTLER HOMES — Police are investigating a possible arson. When responding to a fight call, they found a fire in a room.
    ▲ CARMIKE CINEMAS — A man and woman argued because he was talking during a movie. She said he pushed her. He admitted doing so because she was “in his face.”
    ▲ RUDE RUDY’S — A man argued with another over using the restroom, and struck him in the face, leaving visible injuries.
    ▲ THE LODGE APARTMENTS — A woman said her husband injured her back during a physical struggle.
    ▲ THE FORUM — A couple argued over going out and partying with the man’s friends.
    In a separate incident a man said a woman held him to keep him from leaving, and they both struggled physically, leaving him with facial scratches.
    ▲ MANNY’S GRILL — A Cobra 9 mm handgun and a Taurus .410/.45 revolver were stolen from a car.
    ▲ PRESIDENT CIRCLE — A couple argued over marital issues.
    ▲ WALMART — A man was arrested for shoplifting Charmin toilet paper, ribs, shrimp, crab meat, chicken wings, cornbread mix, beef rolls, clippers, razors, roach spray, dish detergent, body wash, bleach, laundry detergent, fabric softener, pork loins, two 12-packs of Budweiser, steak strips, beef patties and spare ribs.
    ▲ MARVIN AVENUE — Change and paperwork were stolen from a car.
    ▲ DELUXE INN — A woman and her brother fought physically when he commented on her friend.
    ▲ PARK PLACE APARTMENTS — Two men were arrested after beating each other with 2-by-4-inch boards. One man was taken for treatment and was transported to Savannah for further treatment of injuries.
    ▲ UNIVERSITY PINES — A handbag, belts, clothes and three laptop computers were stolen.
    ▲ THE AVENUE AT SOUTHERN — A woman struck a man in the face and poured beer on him during an argument.
    ▲ ASPEN HEIGHTS — A woman said three men entered her home and damaged furniture.

    ▲ Silvio Lencio Cruz-Ramirez, 26, South State Street, Lyons — no driver’s license.
    ▲ Jerry Allen Durrence, 40, Old River Road Mobile Home Park — possession/use of a drug-related object.
    ▲ Edward Thomas Golden, 41, Colfax Road — marijuana possession, suspended license.
    ▲ Bridget Amanda Massey, 31, Old River Road North — suspended registration, possession/use of a drug-related object.
    ▲ Marion Jacques Reason, 25, Longleaf Drive, Sylvania — marijuana possession, obstruction, carrying a concealed weapon, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime.
    ▲ Mary Sue Ricker, 44, Bowen Road, Twin City — obstruction.

➤ Incidents
    ▲ BOWEN ROAD — (Portal) A woman barricaded herself in a room, yelling and cursing, refusing to cooperate. She went to a bathroom and deputies found a pistol on the bed where she had been. When deputies asked her to show her hands, she was sitting on the toilet facing away from him and threw a cup of liquid on the wall. She cursed deputies and resisted arrest, kicking a deputy in the thigh. She was arrested.
    ▲ U.S. HIGHWAY 80 WEST — (Portal) A man reported the theft of scaffolding and siding.
