ARRESTS
▲ Statesboro Police, Bulloch County Sheriff, Georgia Southern University and Georgia State Patrol arrests made Friday through Sunday will be reported Tuesday.

▲ Danny Ray Berry, 39, Northside Drive East — probation violation, criminal attempt to manufacture methamphetamine.
▲ Sylvie Christiane Edwards, 39, Huckleberry Lane, Sylvania — felony theft by taking.
▲ Nicholas Derrell Sanders, 33, Northside Drive East — criminal attempt to manufacture methamphetamine.
▲ Travis Temple Girardeau, 28, Old River Road South — battery.
▲ Anna Nicole Ludlam, 22, U.S. Highway 80 East, Broklet — battery.
▲ Meaghan Marie McFadden, 22, Canterbury Circle, Savannah — DUI (refused test).
▲ Derrick Nathanial Collie, 21, Johnson Street — obstruction.
▲ Martavius Jamal Hobbs, 23, Sinkhole Road — marijuana possession, obstruction.
▲ Michael Demetrius Hobbs, 28, Sinkhole Road — cocaine possession, obstruction, bench warrant.
 
INCIDENTS
▲ Statesboro Police, Bulloch County Sheriff, Georgia Southern University and Georgia State Patrol incidents occurring Friday through Sunday will be reported Tuesday.

➤ Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office
▲ KRUSE ROAD — (Nevils) Someone pried locks off storage buildings, but nothing was reported missing.
▲ CLIPONREKA  ROAD — A man saw another man light a piece of cardboard on fire and toss it out a truck window. He said he suspects the man is also hunting at night along the road.
▲ OLD RIVER ROAD SOUTH — (Brooklet) A man and woman were both arrested for fighting. The woman said she asked the man to move while they were in bed, and he began fighting her. The man told deputies he woke up fighting but didn’t know why.
▲ MIKELL STREET — (Statesboro) Deputies assisting in a drug incident saw several men near a shed scatter when one yelled “sheriff!” All were detained; two required being stunned with a Taser before they obeyed orders to stop. Several were arrested on drug charges.

➤ Bulloch County Animal Shelter
The shelter reported the following activity during the week of Oct. 7-13:
▲ Surrendered by citizens — six  dogs and 20 cats from rural county areas; four dogs and four cats from City of Statesboro.
▲ Collected by officers — 12 dogs and four cats from rural county areas; four cats from City of Statesboro.
▲ Adopted from shelter — seven dogs and two cats.
▲ Reclaimed by owners — four dogs.
▲ Died at shelter — nine cats.
▲ Euthanized — eight dogs and 22 cats.
▲ Fees collected — $810.
