Police Report 10-17-13 - A man reported the theft of a deer stand.

▲ Joshua Keith McLeod, 18, Centennial Place — theft by shoplifting.

▲ GEORGIA VILLAS — Someone stole an Xbox 360, accessories and games; $200 in change; a handmade chain-mail bracelet; and a box of condoms from an apartment.
▲ FOXRIDGE APARTMENTS — A woman said her juvenile son refuses to obey, “became physical” with her and participates in gang activity as well as uses drugs.
▲ BELK — Two men were arrested for shoplifting jackets and clothes.
▲ SAVANNAH AVENUE — A man who had become angry while arguing with his child’s mother kicked and damaged mailboxes along the street. He threatened a man who confronted him.
▲ DOLLAR TREE — A woman said her parents blocked her and her boyfriend in when they tried to leave. She said her mother struck her and her boyfriend before passing out. EMS transported the woman for treatment.
▲ INSTITUTE STREET — A stolen white 2013 Ford Edge was found at City of David Worship Center. It had previously been reported stolen to the Bulloch County Sheriff’s Department.
▲ DENMARK STREET — A black leather notebook binder was stolen from a vehicle.
▲ EAGLE COURT CONDOMINIUMS — A man and woman argued over infidelity, and the woman told deputies she wanted to end the relationship.
▲ PIZZA HUT — (South Main Street) Callers harassed employees by making prank calls, rude comments and ordering food delivered along with “white females with big lips.”
▲ BI-LO — A man showed up at a woman’s workplace and was disruptive.
▲ DÉJÀ VU — (South Main Street) Someone damaged a glass window with an unknown weapon, reports state.

▲GEORGE DRIVE — (Brooklet) A man said the man dating his “soon-to-be ex-wife” texts him in a harassing manner despite being told not to do so.
▲STILSON-LEEFIELD ROAD — (Brooklet) A man reported the theft of a deer stand.
▲GEORGIA HIGHWAY 67 — (Statesboro) A deputy spotted a man driving a car that had only three tires near Clifton Road. One rim had no tire on it. When asked to take field sobriety tests, the man refused and was charged with DUI refusal.
▲CHERRYWOOD DRIVE — (Statesboro) A man reported the theft of a vacuum cleaner and TV.
▲MILL CREEK ROAD — (Statesboro) A man was arrested after neighbors witnessed him slashing car tires.
▲DELOLACH CHURCH CONNECTOR — (Pembroke) A man said a woman sent harassing texts bashing his current girlfriend. The woman, his ex-wife, admitted to deputies doing so when she was angry about how he had treated her.
▲JOHN R. COLEMAN ROAD — (Register) A woman told deputies another female called her and harassed her repeatedly, threatening bodily harm, despite being told not to do so.
▲BURKHALTER ROAD — (Statesboro) A man was arrested after a citizen complained of his driving erratically. He had cocaine on his person, and a 2-year-old child, not in a child seat or restraints, was one of his passengers.
▲WILLOW POND ASSISTED LIVING — (Statesboro) A witness saw a man trying to break into a vehicle. The car owner said she had plastic over a window that was broken out, and the man ripped a hole in the plastic before being seen and fleeing. Nothing was taken.
▲PLEASANT HILL CHURCH ROAD — (Ellabell) A man was arrested after physically preventing a woman from leaving the house during an argument. He grabbed her by the throat and dragged her into a bedroom, where he forced her to stay. Deputies noted the house was cluttered, filled with dirty clothes, bags of trash and old food, and the cupboards and refrigerator were bare. They deemed the home unsuitable for a 2-year-old who was living in the home.

▲ Officers issued four traffic warnings and assisted five motorists Tuesday.
▲ EAGLE VILLAS — Police are investigating a report of sexual assault. No further details were given in reports except the incident occurred Monday between 2:30 and 3 a.m. and that the case was assigned to an investigator.
▲ EAGLE VILLAGE — Officers responded to a drug complaint resulting in a judicial referral of a student to university officials for punishment.
