Statesboro Police Arrests    
    John Stewart Eastham, 19, Cove Street, Hinesville — underage  possession of alcohol.
    Shawn Eugene Smith, 19, Highway 196, Hinesville — underage possession of alcohol.
    Richard Allen Jacobson, 18, SE Lincoln Avenue, Lehigh Acres, Fla. — underage possession of alcohol.
    David Kyle Robbins, 19, Slade Street, Hinesville — underage possession of alcohol.
    Kelta D. Phipps, 32, SW Avon Avenue, Atlanta — failure to maintain lane, open container, DUI, failure to notify owner upon striking a fixed object.

    Erasmo Aquino, 26, Scott Creek Road, Claxton — DUI, failure to maintain lane, no license.
    Trevor Wayne Readdick, 18, Southern Court — underage possession of alcohol.
    Jordan Carroll Foddrell, 23, East Huft Street, Kingsland — obstruction, public intoxication.
    Meagan Lynn Mingirulli, 17, Miller Drive, Kingsland — underage possession of alcohol.
    Antonio Martinez, 35, Kyle Sorrell Road — criminal use of an article with an altered identification mark, discharge of a gun on the property of another, discharging a firearm while under the influence of drugs or alcohol, reckless conduct, obstruction.
    Debbie Mae Rock, 43, Harvey Wilson Road, Portal — criminal trespass.
    Lindsay Marie Daughtry, 25, Ellis Road — battery (family violence).
    Kyle Christopher Keown,  23, Village Way, Jesup — public intoxication.
    James Bernard Poe Jr., 25, Statesboro Place Circle — harassing phone calls, good behavior warrant.
    Glenda Cowart Hagan, 57, Beaver Creek Lane — simple battery (family violence).
    Weimer Hodges, 52, Beaver Creek Lane — simple battery (family violence).
    Antonio Demetrius Williams, 26, Butler Homes — criminal attempt to purchase/possession of marijuana.
    Parker Ingram Feltner, 18, Garden District Apartments — underage possession of alcohol.
    Michael Wyman Owen, 26, Waters Cemetery Road — criminal attempt to purchase/possession of marijuana.
    Kathy Jean McDonald, 51, Mud Road, Brooklet — disorderly conduct.
Georgia State Patrol Arrests
    Troopers issued 12 traffic violation citations Monday.
Georgia Southern University Arrests
       Officers issued one traffic citation Monday.
Statesboro Police Incidents   
    UNIVERSITY POINTE APARTMENTS — Police responding to a noise complaint arrested four men for underage possession of alcohol.
    BELK — A juvenile girl concealed several items and tried to leave without paying. When spotted she fled, dropping some of the items, and escaped.
    JOHNSON STREET — Police responded to a reported domestic dispute and spoke with a woman who said she argued with her son, who refused to cut the grass. The son told police he would mow the lawn.
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents   
    DELOACH CHURCH ROAD — (Pembroke) A woman said another female pulled up next to her as she was walking and said "If you call the law again and tell  them I was furnishing beer to underage people I am going to (expletive omitted) you up." The complainant told deputies she fears the offender.
    NORTH JACKSON ROAD — (Statesboro) A man reported two windows cracked. Deputies reported it appeared someone shot the windows with a pellet gun.
    FORDHAM ROAD — (Statesboro) A woman said someone took 40 feet of metal awning from a residential construction site.
    WILLIAM JAMES MIDDLE SCHOOL — (Statesboro) An administrator reported a juvenile male was unruly on  the school bus.
    AUDIO DYNAMIC — (Statesboro) A man told deputies two unknown men broke into a cargo container behind his business.
    COASTAL SIDING AND ALUMINUM — (Statesboro) A man said someone broke into his Raybon Anderson Boulevard business by throwing a rock through a glass door and  took a cash box with $12 in coins.
    D. ANDERSON ROAD — (Register) A woman reported a burglary in progress, but deputies found no offenders when they arrived.
    M&M LANE — (Statesboro) A man said an unknown offender took $50 worth of food from his freezer.
    LANGSTON CHAPEL MIDDLE SCHOOL — (Statesboro) An administrator reported a student had a suspicious substance believed to be marijuana. Testing revealed the substance was not marijuana.
    DODD CIRCLE — (Statesboro) A man said his ex-girlfriend took a duffel bag with miscellaneous contents from his home.
Georgia State Patrol Incidents   
    Troopers issued 11 warnings, assisted two motorists and investigated eight accidents with one reported injury Monday.
Georgia Southern University Incidents
    COLLEGE OF ADMINISTRATION — A bicycle was taken from the building.
    JOHNSON HALL — Someone reported a bicycle was taken.
    SOUTHERN COURTYARD — Police investigated a loud music complaint.
     KENNEDY HALL — Someone said a vehicle tire was cut in the parking lot.
    PERFORMING ARTS CENTER — An altercation was reported in the  parking lot.
    Officers issued one traffic warning, investigated one traffic accident, and assisted five motorists and one sick person Monday.
911  Law Enforcement Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Monday:
    Bulloch County Sheriff's Department — 11 calls.
    Statesboro Police Department — 11 calls.
    University Police Department — one call.
    Georgia State Patrol Post 45 — five calls.
    Brooklet Police — one call.
    Candler County Sheriff's Department — two calls.
    Evans County Sheriff's Department — two calls.
    Claxton Police Department — one call.
911 Fire Department Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Monday:
    Statesboro Fire Department — one call.
    Bulloch County volunteer firefighters — two calls.
    Metter Fire Department — two calls.
911 EMS Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following call Monday:
    Bulloch County EMS — three accident calls, one fire call and nine medical calls.   
    Candler County EMS — three medical calls.  
    Evans County EMS — two medical calls.    
    Central 911 operators also routed  a call to the Poison Control Center, one call to Emanuel County 911, a call to the Bulloch County Correctional Institute and a call to Bulloch Humane Enforcement.
