    ▲ Jimmy Tremaine Alston, 30, Oak Street — criminal attempt to manufacture marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
    ▲ Christopher Herald Sheddie Boone, 20, Knights Inn — criminal attempt to sell marijuana.
    ▲ Debra Ann Oglesby, 45, Knights Inn — criminal attempt to sell marijuana.

    ▲ WELLINGTON CIRCLE — (Statesboro) A woman reported the theft of a flag, pole and ceramic cat.
    ▲ WEST WATERS ROAD — (Clito) A man asked that a neighbor be served with criminal trespass because he walked into the complainant’s house and took some peanuts and bread without asking.
    ▲ PARKVIEW APARTMENTS — (Statesboro) After receiving reports of a woman screaming, deputies spoke with a couple who had been arguing.
    ▲ U.S. HIGHWAY 80 EAST — (Brooklet) A woman said a man beat on her door, telling her the plants on her porch were on fire and threatened to catch her porch on fire. She didn’t leave her home because she did not know him. He asked if he could use her water hose, and she said he tried to “put out the fire.” She asked who he was and he said “Harrison.” He then left in a white mini van. Reports did not state whether there was actually a fire.

    ▲ Officers issued two traffic citations Thursday.
    ▲ Robert Lee Parker, 25, Lanier Drive — wanted person out of Treutlen County on a burglary warrant, obstruction.
    ▲ Jameson Dion Price, 22, Chandler Road — second-offense DUI.
    ▲ Thomas Gardner Jilk, 20, Savannah — underage possession of alcohol, theft by taking.

➤ Incidents
    ▲ Officers issued seven traffic warnings and assisted nine motorists Thursday.
    ▲ LANIER DRIVE — A man seen walking with a traffic cone was arrested for underage alcohol possession and theft by taking.
