    ▲ Chad Kendric Mobley, 19, West Main Street — open container of alcoholic beverage in vehicle; purchase, possess, or have under control any controlled substance – schedule III; possession with intent to distribute controlled substance.

    ▲ AVENUE AT SOUTHERN — A laptop computer was stolen from an apartment.
