Police Report - 6-16-13; Euthanized at animal shelter this week — 11 dogs and 25 cats.

ARRESTS
➤ Statesboro Police, Bulloch County Sheriff, Georgia Southern University, and Georgia State Patrol arrests made Friday through Sunday will be reported Tuesday.

➤ Statesboro Police, Bulloch County Sheriff, Georgia Southern University, and Georgia State Patrol incidents occurring Friday through Sunday will be reported Tuesday.

➤ Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office
    ▲ PAINTER’S ALLEY — (Pembroke) A man threw a flashlight, breaking a window, after a woman he had been dating a short time told him to leave because he was drunk.
    ▲ LANGSTON CHAPEL ROAD — (Statesboro) A woman said her boyfriend became angry when they discussed his contact with another woman who might be pregnant with his child. He punched holes in a wall and grabbed her, throwing her onto a bed and into a wall. He was arrested.
    ▲ FRIENDSHIP CHURCH ROAD — (Statesboro) A woman said her ex-boyfriend harassed her by phone.
    ▲ FLOWER ROAD — (Register) A man was arrested after he and a woman were arguing and fighting over his hair, then about people each other were seeing outside of their own relationship.
    ▲ PLEASANT LANE — (Portal) A woman reported a break-in where someone stole $20 and rambled through the home.
    ▲ COWBOY WAY — (Portal) A woman told her angry husband to cook and clean the house himself after he complained she didn’t clean it the way he wanted her to and supper was late. She told him she had a job and was tired. He told deputies he worked as well and told her it was best she left for the evening, because he came home from work to find supper not ready and the house a mess.

    ▲ The shelter reported the following activity during the week of June 6-9:
    ▲ Surrendered by citizens — five dogs and nine cats from rural county areas; eight dogs and 14 cats from City of Statesboro.
    ▲ Collected by officers — five dogs and 13 cats from rural county areas; two dogs and three  cats from City of Statesboro
    ▲ Adopted from shelter — two dogs.
    ▲ Reclaimed by owners — three dogs and a cat.
    ▲ Died at shelter — three cats.
    ▲ Euthanized — 11 dogs and 25 cats.
    ▲ Fees collected — $247.
