Police Report 4-30-13: WALMART — A woman was arrested or stealing several bottles of fragrance.

    ▲ Lakeisha Tijuana Stanley, 20, Garden District Apartments — marijuana possession, possession of drug paraphernalia.
    ▲ Larell Demario Brown, 22, Garden District Apartments — marijuana possession, possession of drug paraphernalia.
    ▲ Mary Elizabeth Solsberry, 43, Buckhead Drive, Millen — suspended license.
    ▲ Shamyla Nicole Vereen, 25, Creek Hollow Way, Athens — theft by shoplifting.
    ▲ Christavier Williams, 31, President Circle — wanted person.
    ▲ Frederick Williams, 29, Skye Drive — marijuana possession, obstruction.
    ▲ Dalton Peter Anderson, 20, Battery Way, Peachtree City — underage possession of alcohol, public intoxication.

➤ Incidents
    ▲ ROUNDTREE STREET — A couple said someone entered their home while they were away and damaged the house.
    ▲ UNIVERSITY VILLAGE AT SOUTHERN — Someone stole cellphones and a TV.
    ▲ STATESBORO HIGH SCHOOL — Someone shot out a window with an unknown type of gun.
    ▲ WALMART — A woman was arrested or stealing several bottles of fragrance.
    ▲ THE FORUM APARTMENTS — A man said someone blocked him in by parking next to his motorcycle so closely he could not leave, and that someone egged his motorcycle as well.
    ▲ WINGS CAFÉ — A man became unruly and boisterous after regurgitating his meal on the restaurant floor. He was arrested for underage possession of alcohol and public intoxication.
    ▲ WAFFLE HOUSE — A man was arrested on criminal trespass charges after being caught soliciting and begging. He is a known repeat offender who has been arrested multiple times before on the same charges.
    ▲ ROBIN HOOD TRAIL — A woman reported a watch missing after her roommate had a large party.
    ▲ UNIVERSITY PINES — Someone reported the theft of $50 from a car. The victim listed a suspect, claiming that person was the only one who knew about the money and the only one left alone in the car.

    ▲ Rodney Christopher Fudge, 25, Woodyard Lane, Brooklet — cruelty to children, battery.
    ▲ Amanda Michelle Gwaltney, 30, Pecan Grove Lane, Portal — simple battery.
    ▲ Cara Lee Handly, 31, Pate Place — simple battery.
    ▲ Willie Deyonta Walker, 34, Burkhalter Road — marijuana possession with intent to distribute, possession/use of a drug related object.
    ▲ Barry Michael Wilson, 35, Westside Road — probation violation, simple battery.

➤ Incidents
    ▲ PECAN GROVE — (Portal) A man told deputies his wife beat him and his friend during an argument. The husband had visible injuries. Deputies found the woman, who had no injuries, and arrested her. She claimed she acted in self-defense and said she wished to file charges against her husband. Deputies told her to seek magistrate assistance after she bonded from jail.
    ▲ AKINS LANE — (Brooklet) A female victim said three others were harassing her with threatening, profanity-filled messages via Facebook about her boyfriend.
    ▲ WHISTLESTOP CIRCLE — (Statesboro) A man and woman said they saw an older white male in his 60s with a white beard, driving a red Mazda 6 with black interior, stop in their yard and speak to children. The children said the man asked if they had seen a three-legged yellow dog, and the older children stated the man was staring in particular at a 10-year-old girl. The man fled when the adults approached him.
    ▲ WESTSIDE ROAD — (Statesboro) A man and woman were arrested after physically fighting over car keys. Both showed visible injuries.

    ▲ Crashes investigated — 19, with six reported injuries.

    ▲ Officers issued 10 traffic citations Friday through Sunday.
    ▲ Vernon Williams, 49, Olliff Street — wanted person. 
    ▲ Katrin Marie Walker, 20, Lawrenceville — underage possession of alcohol and possession of false ID.
    ▲ Seth Edgar Prieto, 20, Statesboro Place Circle —underage possession of alcohol.
    ▲ Alexis Lane Morris, 18, Twin City — underage possession of alcohol, disorderly conduct.
    ▲ Nicolas Stephen May, 18, Alpharetta — underage possession of alcohol.
    ▲ Lendon Anthony Demante Clark, 19, Chandler Road — reckless driving and leaving the scene of an accident. 
    ▲ Avery Laine Mathis, 19, Uvalda — underage possession of alcohol.
    ▲ Michael H. Conner, 20, Georgia Avenue — possession of marijuana.

➤ Incidents
    ▲ Officers issued nine traffic warnings and assisted eight motorists Friday through Sunday.
    ▲ RUSSELL UNION — A man told police another man, whom he did not know well, struck him for an unknown reason.
    ▲ DEAL HALL — An incident report was taken regarding counterfeit money.
    ▲ GEORGIA AVENUE — An officer discovered an intoxicated female standing in traffic near J-Lot.  The intoxicated person was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol and possession of false ID.  
    Also, officers responded to a physical altercation in J-Lot.  The two subjects involved were judicially referred to school officials for punishment.
    Over the weekend a second person was arrested for public intoxication in the parking lot.
    ▲ SOUTHERN COURTYARD — Officers responded in reference to a hit-and-run motor vehicle accident.  The driver of the vehicle that left the scene of the accident was arrested and charged with reckless driving and leaving the scene of an accident.  
    ▲ CENTENNIAL PLACE — Officers responded in reference to a drug complaint. Two occupants were arrested.
