STATESBORO POLICE DEPARTMENT

    ▲ No arrests were reported Thursday.

➤  Incidents
    ▲ EAST GEORGIA REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER — A man said he was bit in the calf by a large white dog while running on Brannen Street.
    ▲ WILLOW BEND APARTMENTS — A woman reportedly stole money, perfume and jewelry from a home while she was staying as a guest.
    ▲ UNIVERSITY PINES — Someone stole a book bag containing a wallet and several books from a car.
    ▲ EAGLE COURT APARTMENTS — Officers responded to a caller who claimed that someone damaged his motorcycle with a BB gun and left graffiti on the pavement and on all sides of a dumpster located in front of his apartment building.

    ▲ Juan Carlos Lopez, 20, Pretoria Rushing Road — affray.
    ▲ Armando Quintero Mendez, 23, Pretoria Rushing Road — affray.
    ▲ Joseph Charles Miller, 30, Statesboro — public drunkenness, battery (family violence).
    ▲ Bryan Darvin Strickland, 39, Pineview Road — theft by taking, theft by taking with firearm, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

    ▲ LANGSTON CHAPEL ROAD — A man ran from police after being pulled over for a traffic violation. The car appeared to be stolen.
    ▲ CLIFTON ROAD — A man said copper grounding wires were cut and taken from a phone tower.
    ▲ JOSH HAGIN ROAD — A man said several mud bogging tracks were discovered on property on which no one is allowed, and one truck was still stuck. The driver of the stuck truck said he did not know that he was not allowed on the property.
