    Christopher Allen Barfield, 28, Decatur Street, Chattahoochee, Fla. — excessive volume (vehicle), second offense DUI.
    Nishant Patel, 23, White Bluff Road, Savannah — laying drag, DUI (refused test).
    Harold Randall Washington, 19, Packinghouse Road — wanted person.
    Jerel Tremain Hagins, 29, The Lodge Apartments — wanted person.
    Ricardo Da'Anglo Brinson, 17, South Mulberry Street — no seat belt, driving with a suspended license.
    Samuel Hugh Rankin, 19, Deer Lane, Yucee, Fla. — five counts financial transaction card fraud, financial transaction card theft (two counts), theft by taking, identity theft.
    William Bryant Haddock, 23, University Place Apartments — DUI, leaving the scene of an accident, failure to maintain lane.
    Neil Anthony Robinson, 23, Mincey Street —  failure to appear.
    Lonnie Suggs, 49, Rocky Ford Road, Rocky Ford — DUI, speeding.
    Edward Dewayne Cox, 34, West Main Street — battery, third degree cruelty to children (four counts).
    Sheila Renee Cox, 31, Cone Homes — obstruction.
    Jasper L. Graves, 18, West Inman Street — interference with an emergency phone call.
    Michael Sello, 44, Orange Street — wanted person.
    Melanie Lynn Ward, 31, Henry Street — simple battery.
    Demitri Marthe Mincey, 22, Wildwood Villas — criminal trespass.
    Jonathan Lamar Lambert,  26, South College Street — probation violation.

Georgia State Patrol Arrests
    Troopers issued 15 traffic violation citations Monday.

Statesboro Police Incidents   
    THE LODGE APARTMENTS — Police arrested a man on outstanding warrants from Sylvania after responding to a reported domestic disturbance between him and a woman who was angry over alleged infidelity.
    FAIR ROAD — A man driving along with his radio blasting was pulled over for excessive volume, then officers charged him with a second offense DUI.
    CAMPUS CLUB APARTMENTS — A man said unknown persons threw some trash cans, which caused damage to his vehicle.
    STATESBORO PLACE APARTMENTS — A man reported a tower fan stolen.
    SPLASH IN THE BORO — A woman reported a beach bag containing sunscreen, pool toys and three sets of keys stolen.
        
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents   
    SOUTH KEVIN COURT — (Statesboro) Deputies responded to a 911 hang-up call and spoke to a man who said he and a woman had been arguing, but she left the premises after calling 911.
    HARVEY WILSON ROAD — (Portal) A woman told deputies someone took a dog off a cable.
    B. L. KENDRICKS ROAD — (Brooklet) A man said someone stole a drill and a bag containing several books.
    CLITO ROAD — (Clito) A man reported the theft of two refrigerators, a stove, a heat pump, and two concrete benches from his deceased father's home.
    FRANKLIN ROAD — (Statesboro) A woman reported a break-in attempt.
    
Georgia State Patrol Incidents   
    Troopers issued 20 warnings, assisted four motorists and     investigated three crashes with two reported injuries Monday.
    
Georgia Southern University Incidents
    Officers assisted one motorist Monday.
    
Animal Shelter Reports
    The Statesboro-Bulloch County Animal Shelter reported the following activity between July 16-22:
    Animals collected by Bulloch Humane Enforcement:
    In rural county areas — 15 dogs and four cats.
    Statesboro city limits — 10 dogs and a cat.
    Portal city limits  — one dog.
    Animals surrendered by citizens:
    Adult animals - four dogs and six cats.
    Litters — three puppies and 25 kittens.
    Adoptions:
    Shelter — one dog, one cat.
    Pets & People — one dog, five cats.
    Returned to owners — three dogs.
    Euthanized — From isolation floor - 32 cats.
    Humane Enforcement calls:
    Snake — one.
    Horses — six.
    Summons/Citations — 13.
    Warnings — nine.
    Fees collected:
    Adoptions — $280
    Surrenders — $40
    Returned to owners — $75

911  Law Enforcement Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Monday:
    Bulloch County Sheriff's Department - 13 calls.
    Statesboro Police Department — nine calls.
    Georgia State Patrol Post 45 — two calls.
    Candler County Sheriff's Department — three calls.

    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Monday:
    Statesboro Fire Department — one call.
    Bulloch County Volunteer firefighters — one call.
    Metter Fire Department — two calls.
        
911 EMS Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following call Monday:
    Bulloch County EMS — two accident calls and five medical calls.   
    Candler County EMS — three medical calls.  
    Evans County EMS — three medical calls.    
    Central 911 operators also routed   one call to Excelsior EMC and one call to the Bulloch County coroner.
