ARRESTS
➤ Statesboro Police, Bulloch County Sheriff, Georgia Southern University, and Georgia State Patrol arrests made Friday through Sunday will be reported Tuesday.

➤ Statesboro Police, Bulloch County Sheriff, Georgia Southern University, and Georgia State Patrol incidents occurring Friday through Sunday will be reported Tuesday.

▲ BAYGALL ROAD — (Portal) A man reported a package was delivered to a neighbor by mistake, and the neighbor said he left it at the complainant’s home. The package was not there, and the complainant said this has happened numerous times in the past.
▲ MARTIN SWINSON ROAD — (Ellabell) A man reported $40 cash and several lottery tickets stolen from a vehicle. A juvenile saw two men enter the car, but the suspects denied taking anything.

▲ Officers issued one citation for seat belt violation; one citation for expired driver’s license and two for speeding.
➤ Bulloch County Animal Shelter
▲ The shelter reported the following activity between Jan. 1 and 13.
▲ Surrendered by citizens from rural areas — 12 dogs and one cat.
▲ Surrendered by citizens in Statesboro city limits — one dog and one cat.
▲ Collected by officers from rural county areas — 40 dogs and eight cats.
▲ Collected by officers from Statesboro city limits — three dogs.
▲ Adopted from shelter — four dogs and two cats.
▲ Reclaimed by owner — five dogs.
▲ Died at shelter — two dogs and a cat.
▲ Euthanized — 17 dogs and 11 cats.
