    ▲ Morris Edward Ward, 53, Morris Street — parole violation.
    ▲ Brad Davis, 17, Auburn Circle, Glennville — obstruction.
    ▲ Fred Daniel Williams, 24, Anderson Parrish Road, Portal — marijuana possession, theft by shoplifting, probation violation.
    ▲ Brittany Lillian Phillips, 21, Brampton Avenue — probation violation.

    ▲ FRANKLIN CHEVROLET — Someone stole a set of chrome rims and tires worth $2,000 from a customer’s vehicle on the property.
    ▲ FAMILY DOLLAR — A man on probation, who had marijuana on his person, was caught shoplifting a cassette adapter worth $6.42.
    ▲ STADIUM PLACE APARTMENTS — A woman said she walked across the street and returned to find her apartment locked, with her service dog inside. She said she tripped because she didn’t have her dog’s assistance and injured her ankle, and said her apartment manager cited her for violating the no-pet clause in her lease.
    ▲ GNAT’S LANDING — A man said he caught another letting air out of his tire, and the offender was escorted from the property. Later, the complainant discovered a flat tire with several punctures.
