Local Roundup: BA girls win at TSA tournament


    MACON — The Bulloch Academy Lady Gators won their 12th-straight game and stayed unbeaten on the season with a 51-45 win over Macon Area Christian School on Thursday at the Tattnall Square Academy Holiday Tournament.
    The Gators (12-0) will face hosting TSA today at 7 p.m. in the tournament's semifinals.
    Ashley Burke and Chelsea Ogelsby each scored 12 points against Macon Area Christian.

Blue Devils win at home tourney
    Behind 16 points by senior Yakeem Coleman, the Statesboro Blue Devils (12-2) won, 76-70, Thursday over Osborne at the Statesboro Gentleman's Classic.
    The Devils playGlenn Hills today at 8 p.m. to close out the tournament.
 
SEB accepting HoF nominations
    BROOKLET — The Southeast Bulloch High School Athletic Hall of Fame Committee will be accepting Hall of Fame nomination forms until Feb. 15.
    Nomination forms can be dow loaded from school’s website at http://sbhs.bulloch.k12.ga.us or picked up from offices at Southeast High School and Middle school.
    The Hall of Fame banquet will take place on Saturday, April 27, at 7 p.m., in the SEB High School cafeteria.
