    ▲ EAST MAIN STREET — A man said he has a problem with people continuously cutting his dog’s leashes.
    ▲ GARDEN DISTRICT APARTMENTS — A man said someone stole a wallet with $43 cash and credit cards, as well as Rayban sunglasses from a truck.
    ▲ THE FORUM — A woman said her boyfriend punched her in the nose during an argument.
    ▲ CATHERINE AVENUE — A TV, Xbox, pillow and case, and $40 were stolen after someone kicked a door in.
    ▲ THE COVE AT SOUTHERN — Someone stole a laptop computer.
