GSU jersey auction underway

Georgia Southern University is auctioning off camouflage football jerseys worn in the Oct. 13, 2012, win over Wofford, on Military Appreciation Day. Starting bid begins at $200.


    The dark blue custom digital camouflage Nike jerseys worn by the Georgia Southern football team on Military Appreciation Day are now up for bids in an online auction.
    Thirty of the camouflage jerseys will be available in the initial auction with a starting bid of $200 for each jersey.
    The auction for the first 30 jerseys ends on Sunday, Nov. 25. Subsequent auctions of jerseys will be staggered throughout November to mid-December to ensure delivery for the holidays. Proceeds of the auctions will benefit Georgia Southern’s Military Resource Center and the University’s ROTC Eagle Battalion.
