    ▲ Vicki Floyd Howell, 51, Georgia Highway 67, Pembroke — theft by shoplifting.
    ▲ Daneisha Lanee Washington, 19, Oakbriar Circle, Indian Trail, N.C. — simple assault.

➤ Incidents
    ▲ COMFORT INN & SUITES — An employee said someone was calling several rooms and asking occupants for credit card information, pretending to be hotel staff.
    ▲ FAIR ROAD APARTMENTS — A man said his ex-girlfriend and her boyfriend call him all the time, threatening to tell police he deals drugs and to take custody of his daughter.
    ▲ MILL CREEK PARK — Someone damaged the soccer fields by “cutting doughnuts” with their vehicle.
    ▲ CAMBRIDGE AT SOUTHERN — A man threatening other residents and acting suspiciously was told by officers to stop behaving that way and to stop loitering around the office.

    ▲ Lurenza Cleveland Boyd Jr., 47, Frink Road — bench warrant.
    ▲ James Anthony Franchi, 32, Jeni Wright Lane, Brooklet — methamphetamine possession.

➤ Incidents
    ▲ OGEECHEE DRIVE EAST — (Statesboro) Deputies responded to a call about a suspicious man and found a man sitting in a car who claimed he was watching his girlfriend’s house because he suspected she was unfaithful. Deputies contacted the woman, who said she had broken up with the man a week prior and was unaware he was watching her house. He was served a criminal trespass warning.
    ▲ PORTAL HIGHWAY — (Portal) A man entered an agreement with another man to pick pecans up on his property, but the other man did not hold to the agreement. The complainant asked deputies to serve the other man with a criminal trespass warning.
    ▲ ALLENWOOD DRIVE — (Statesboro) A woman said someone ripped a letter to pieces and left it in her mailbox.
    ▲ GEORGIA HIGHWAY 24 — (Statesboro) A man caught another man and a woman collecting pecans that fell from his trees. The offenders claimed they were only taking pecans from county property, but a deputy discovered the pecans were on the complainants’ property. Also, a Georgia law states that pecans belong to the tree owner, regardless of where they fall.
