Two suspects arrested for stealing and using credit card from pregnant woman

Police arrested two suspects they said stole a credit card from an eight-months pregnant woman while she was having a baby shower.
Then, they racked up over $600 in charges at two local convenience stores, said Statesboro Police Det. Ken Scott.
Justin Tyler Celeste, 19,  and Jessica Hope Stephens, 25, both of Woodlands Apartments, were each charged with five counts of financial transaction card fraud, said Statesboro Police Capt. L. C. Williams.
Georgia Southern University Police also charged the two with  entering auto and theft by receiving stolen property, according to reports.
Celeste and Stephens entered the victim's car while it was parked at the Child Development Center on the university campus, Scott said. While she was making repeated trips back inside to retrieve shower gifts and place them in her car, the suspects took her purse from the car, he said.
Then, they took the credit card and began spending, he said.
"They made at least five charges," he said, explaining the five counts of financial transaction card fraud.  Evidence collected from a BP station and from a Flash Foods, both on South Main Street, led to their arrests, he said.
One charge was made at the BP station, while the other four were made at the Flash Foods store. "Three (transactions) were ATM withdrawals, $500 cash, and the other charges were $118 in cigarettes, beer and other items," he said.
Celeste and Stephens were  taken to the Bulloch County Jail, where they remained Friday without bond, according to jail records.
