Police Report - 6-3-12; Euthanized at the animal shelter this week; 26 dogs, 22 cats

ARRESTS
➤ Statesboro Police, Bulloch County Sheriff, Georgia Southern University, and Georgia State Patrol arrests made Friday through Sunday will be reported Tuesday.

➤ Georgia Southern University
    ▲ Rashad C. Williams, 19, Lanier Drive — driving with a suspended license, safety belt violation.
    ▲ Teving Jareel Moore, 19, Virginia Pine Avenue — DUI, possession of marijuana, driving with no drivers license.

INCIDENTS
➤ Statesboro Police, Bulloch County Sheriff, Georgia Southern University, and Georgia State Patrol incidents occurring Friday through Sunday will be reported Tuesday.

➤ Georgia Southern University
    ▲ Officers issued 10 traffic citations, four traffic warnings, assisted one motorist and responded to a fire alarm at Watson Hall.

➤ Brooklet Police Department
    ▲ Reports unavailable.

➤ Bulloch County Animal Shelter
    ▲ The shelter reported the following activity during the week of May 21-27:
    ▲ Surrendered by citizens – five dogs and 15 cats from county residents; three dogs and nine cats from City of Statesboro residents.
    ▲ Collected by officers – 29 dogs and nine cats from county areas; five dogs and three cats from the City of Statesboro.
    ▲ Adopted – four dogs.
    ▲ Reclaimed by owners – one dog.
    ▲ Died at shelter – four dogs, four cats.
    ▲ Euthanized – 26 dogs, 22 cats.
    ▲ Fees collected - $160.
