"Ever wonder when the gas prices will go back up? How about the day after the November elections. Considering the close ties this administraion has to the oil companies, this minor downturn in prices is most likely politically motivated."

"When George Bush first took office, he downplayed terrorist threats and ignored 9/11 warnings. But when the attacks came Republicans blamed Clinton. Aides warned Republican leadership about Mark Foley for years, but now Republicans blame their problems on Democrats for not speaking out sooner. Bush refused high level talks with North Korea for six years, but now Republicans say it's Clinton's fault they have a nuke. Do the Republicans ever accept responsibility for their own behavior"

"In reference to the Portal Panthers, I'd like to say keep your heads up and your hearts in it. You'll succeed in the end no matter what previous teams try to do to bring you down. Good luck and go for it."

"I always though what was legal for one business was legal for another business or either illegal for one business would be illegal for all the businesses. But not in Statesboro. You can say the clubs and restaurants cannot have ladies nights or specials for ladies, but other businesses in town offer special days and special discounts for ladies at different times of the week. Just wondering why one type of business can't do it and other ones can. Thank you."
