    * Eric D. Smith, 22, Old River Road North – failure to appear.
    * Michael Antonyo Andrews, 19, Swallowtail Drive – driving while unlicensed, expired tag, seat belt violation, obstruction.
    * Preston Caroll Noe, 19, Old Savannah Highway, Daisy – public intoxication, underage possession of alcohol, obstruction.

Bulloch  Sheriff’s Arrests
    * April Elaine Mikell, 25, Oakridge Lane – reckless conduct.
    * Chere Latice Anderson, 26, Raymond Street – no driver’s license.
    * Matthew Edward Everhard,31, Greenwood Avenue – DUI, failure to maintain lane.

Georgia State Patrol Arrests
    Troopers issued the following citations Friday – Sunday:
    * DUI arrests
    · Wendell Cody, 45, address unknown – DUI (refused test).
    · Justin Coy Campbell, 19, Rincon – DUI (,128).
    · Christopher M. Miller, 36, Ludowici – DUI (refused test).
    * Seatbelt citations – one.
    * Child restraint citations – one.
    * Speeding citations – four.

Georgia Southern University Arrests

Statesboro Police Incidents
    * VAN BUREN STREET – A couple argued over cell phones.
    * WEST JONES AVENUE – A  man said a woman threatened him with a razor, but he did not want her arrested – only wanted her to leave.
    * SUMMITT APARTMENTS – A woman reported pain medications stolen.
    * PARK PLACE APARMENTS – Someone stole a digital camera, hand gun and jewelry.

Bulloch Sheriff’s Incidents
    * SOUTH MAIN STREET – (Statesboro) Deputies spotted a man walking in the roadway. When they stopped him, he slammed his elbows into the patrol car hood and struggled while they handcuffed him. He was charged with obstruction.
    * WILLIAM JAMES MIDDLE SCHOOL – Deputies are investigating an incident where one juvenile jumped on and injured another on a school bus.
    * PARKWAY PLACE – (Statesboro) A woman reported a tire cut by a razor blade still in the rubber – and that this was not the first time someone did this.
    * ALLENWOOD DRIVE – (Statesboro) A woman reported the theft of two laptop computers and a Play Station console.
    * CEDARWOOD ACRES MOBILE HOME PARK – (Register) A woman was arrested for reckless conduct after leaving her juvenile children alone at home.
