Statesboro Police Arrests
    * Roquell Maurice Gamble, 20, Wrightsboro Road, Augusta – no proof of insurance, marijuana possession.
    * Kevon Levar Owens, 21, Georgia Avenue – probation violation.
    * Vanessa Nicole Jones, 22, Rufus Cross Road, Swainsboro – theft by shoplifting.

Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests
    * Anthony Todd Winge, 47, Tillman Pond Road – probation violation.
    * William Anthony Taylor, 24, Dogwood Acres – sale of methamphetamine.
    * David Ivan Gillespie, 54, East Main Street – possession of a Schedule IV drug, probation violation.

Georgia State Patrol Arrests
    * Information unavailable Tuesday; Monday and Tuesday reports expected to be published Thursday.

Georgia Southern University Arrests
    * Officers issued one traffic citation Monday.
    * Arlena M. Reese, 28, Eagle Inn — financial transaction card fraud.

Statesboro Police Incidents
    * KMART – A woman concealed $13 worth of kid’s clothing and tried leaving without paying.
    * PARK PLACE APARTMENTS – A man reported the theft of an Xbox Kinect, Xbox 360, and TV.
    
Bulloch County Sheriff's Incidents
    * HIGHTOWER ROAD – (Statesboro) A man became angry when his child’s mother gave him gifts that his father planned to wrap for him, that he had purchased for the child. He demanded the packages back so he could return them for money, the woman said.
    * KENNEDY BRIDGE ROAD – (Register) A man threatened to cut water off for a $400 bill. The tenants paid half, and said the bill was so high because the water line broke. The man in charge of water said that was their responsibility.
    IN a separate incident someone reported the theft of jewelry and change.
    * U.S. 30 NORTH – (Statesboro) A man looking for his hunting dogs said a woman cursed him for being on her property, and a man came to the hunting club looking for him. He said the man had a gun and threatened to shoot him.
    * GA. 46 – (ELLABELL) A man said his daughter’s ex husband was at his home, uninvited, and he was going to give him a ride to the bus station to go to a rehabilitation center.

Georgia Southern University Incidents
    * Officers issued two traffic warnings, assisted six motorists, responded to two alarms and investigated one accident Monday.
