Nov. 4 -- Raqueles Lamon Raymond, 25, East Main Street – obstruction

Statesboro Police Arrests
    * Raqueles Lamon Raymond, 25, East Main Street – obstruction.
    * Belinda Sue Dowd, 53, Pleasant Point Road – headlight violation, second offense driving with a suspended license.
    * Lamitrius Latrelle Omoniyi, 43, College Lane – suspended license, reckless driving, probation violation, DUI.
    * Jasmon Dequise Coleman, 19, Amanda Trail, Augusta – theft by shoplifting.
    * Calvin Antonio Lewis, 18, Lanier Drive – burglary.
    * Shamaille O’Triese Holmes, 22, Lanier Drive – burglary, marijuana possession, obstruction.

Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests
    * Tuesday and Wednesday arrests will be published Friday.

Georgia State Patrol Arrests
    * Troopers issued four traffic violation citations Tuesday.
 
Georgia Southern University Arrests
    * Officers issued two traffic citations Tuesday.
      
Statesboro Police Incidents
    * THE GROVE APARTMENTS – Someone reported the theft of shoes, $150, a TV and laptop computer.
    * EAGLE VILLAGE – A highly intoxicated man who fell off a bicycle was taken by EMS to the hospital for slight injuries.
    * MADISON MEADOWS – A man struck his wife in the face, and told police she came at him and cut his coat with a knife.
    * VISTA CIRCLE – Someone damaged walls and windows, then stole some speakers.
    * WAL-MART – A man shoplifted an outfit case, screen kit, and external hard drive.
    * THE EXCHANGE APARTMENTS – Someone stole a GPS unit from a car.
    * WEST JONES AVENUE – A woman said her ex-boyfriend struck her with a baseball bat, then slashed her tire.
    * COPPER BEECH TOWNHOUSES – A woman said another woman pushed her during an argument. A few hours later police were called back to the home because one of the same women struck the other in the mouth.
    * KIDOVATIONS CHILDCARE – Someone put paint on the doors and sidewalk and removed a sign from the ground.
    * PITT-MOORE ROAD – Two men were charged win a burglary where jewelry, collectible coins, DVDs, and Xbox and more were stolen.
    * FAMILY DOLLAR – A woman said a man was stalking her, trying to get her fired a second time after having successfully done so before.
 
Bulloch County Sheriff's Incidents
    * GRADY SAUNDERS ROAD – (Portal) Someone burglarized a vacant farm house and took a tub, a sink, copper wiring and other plumbing fixtures.
    * EVERGREEN DRIVE – (Statesboro) A man reported the theft of an iPod, Play Station 2, Play Station 3 controller, weed eater and ladder. He said his brother-in-law admitted taking the items.
    * OLD REGISTER WAY – (Register) A woman reported the theft of a TV, Wii game, laptop computer, and piggy bank with $300 inside.
    * OWENS ROAD – (Pembroke) A woman said a man (her ex husband) — fraudulently obtained power in her name.
    * LOTT’S PRODUCE – (Statesboro) A woman reported six plastic signs were stolen.
    * BLUEBERRY COURT – (Brooklet) A man found a hunting blind on his property that was not his, and said no one had permission to hunt there.
    * MATTHEWS ROAD – (Statesboro) A man and woman argued over a text message and she said he broke a door after she locked him out. He said he thought the door was stuck and yanked hard enough to pull it off the frame.

Georgia State Patrol Incidents
    * Troopers issued 14 warnings and investigated five crashes with no reported injuries Tuesday.
 
Georgia Southern University Incidents
    * Officers issued three traffic warnings, assisted nine motorists and assisted two sick persons Tuesday.
    * RECREATION ACTIVITY CENTER – Someone reported a bicycle stolen. In separate incidents, someone stole a wallet from a car in the parking lot after breaking into it.
    * SANFORD HALL – Someone reported a bicycle stolen.
    * OLYMPIC BOULEVARD – Someone damaged a fence.
    * COLLEGE OF EDUCATION — A harassing note was left on a vehicle in the parking lot.
      
Central 911 Reports
    Central 911 dispatchers issued the following calls Tuesday:
    * Bulloch County Sheriff's Department — 11 calls.
    * Statesboro Police Department- 26 calls.
    * University Police Department — four calls.
    * Georgia State Patrol –  six calls.
    * Candler County Sheriff's Department – three calls.
    * Evans County Sheriff's Department –three calls.
    * Claxton Police Department – two calls.
    * Brooklet Police Department – one call.
   
911 Fire Department Reports
    Central 911 dispatchers issued the following calls Tuesday:
    * Statesboro Fire Department – three calls.
    * Bulloch County Volunteer firefighters — two calls.
    * Metter Fire Department — one call.
     
911 EMS Reports
    Central 911 dispatchers issued the following calls Tuesday:
    * Bulloch County EMS – three accident calls, two fire calls, one rescue call and 21  medical calls.
    * Candler County EMS – one fire call and three medical calls.
    * Evans County EMS – nine medical calls.
    * Central 911 dispatchers also routed the following calls Tuesday:  eight calls to Bulloch County First Responders and a call to the Emanuel County Sheriff’s Office.
