Rachel Michelle Jackson Dr. Brandon Robert Selph

    Mr. and Mrs. Ronald and Sharon Jackson of Statesboro, Ga., announce the engagement of their daughter, Rachel Michelle Jackson of Statesboro, Ga., to Dr. Brandon Robert Selph, son of Mr. and Mrs. Don and Beverly Selph.
    The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Barbara A. Cullum and the late W. Ray Cullum and the late Edith S. Jackson and Ernest A. Jackson. She is the great-granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Brantley and Ella Burke of Millen, Ga., the late Mr. and Mrs. Cupid and Pearl Cullum of Visalia, Calif., the late Mr. and Mrs. George and Eunice Stogner of Sandy Hook, Miss., and the late Mr. and Mrs. Olin and Lula Jackson of Smith Station, Ala. Rachel is a graduate of Statesboro High School and is employed with W.A. Bragg Co., Inc. in Statesboro, Ga.
    The groom-elect is the grandson of Mrs. Elise Fountain and the late J.M. Fountain of Mt. Vernon, Ga., and the late Joseph and Carolyn Selph of Milan, Ga. He is the great-grandson of the late Monroe and Annie Mae Walters Fountain of Mt. Vernon, Ga., the late Newman and Lola Warnock O'Quinn of Glenwood, Ga., the late Scarber and Mattie Bell Davis Selph of Milan, Ga., and the late Robert and Lillie Fincher Moore of Chauncey, Ga. Brandon is a 1993 graduate of Brunswick High School, a 1997 graduate of Georgia Southern University, with a BS in Biology, and 2002 graduate of Mercer University Southern School of Pharmacy, where he received his Doctor of Pharmacy degree. He is currently employed at Kmart Pharmacy in Statesboro, Ga.
    The couple has planned to wed at 5:30 in the afternoon on December 31, 2010, at the Green Fork Baptist Church in Millen, Ga.
