       Mr. and Mrs. Jimmy Earl Wiggins of Statesboro announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Lee Anne Wiggins of Decatur, Ga., to Joshua Monroe Leonard, son of Mr. and Mrs. David Kenneth Galloway and the late Julian Robert Leonard of Newnan, Ga.
       The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Sara Ellen Lee and the late Leonard Wallace Lee of Metter, Ga. She is also the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Arles Virgil Wiggins of Statesboro. Miss Wiggins is a 2001 graduate of Statesboro High School and a 2006 graduate of Berry College with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She is also a 2006 graduate of Emory University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Miss Wiggins is currently the transition nurse at Golden Living Center Northside in Atlanta, Ga.
       The groom-elect is the grandson of Mrs. Barbara Imogene Eason and the late Monroe M. Eason of LaGrange, Ga. He is also the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Leonard of LaGrange. Mr. Leonard is a 1998 graduate of Newnan High School and a 2004 graduate of The University of West Georgia with a degree in International Economic Affairs. He is currently the executive director of Golden Living Center Briarwood in Decatur, Ga.
       The couple has planned to wed on Saturday, October 16, 2010, at 5:30 at First United Methodist Church of Newnan, Georgia.
       A reception will follow at Whitewater Creek Country Club in Fayetteville.
