Statesboro Police Incidents
PERFORMANCE LEARNING CENTER – A student who skipped school was arrested.
EASTVIEW APARTMENTS – A woman reported a $370 money order stolen.
SOUTH MAIN STREET – A woman and her boyfriend fought physically, causing her to suffer visible injuries.
HOBBY LOBBY – Someone shoplifted 97 packages of Jolee stickers, worth $878.

Bulloch County Sheriff's Incidents

JOE HODGES ROAD – (Register) A man reported rocks spun onto his truck by another truck.
KNOB CREEK ROAD – (Ellabell) A man reported the theft of an air conditioner unit, heater furnace, and electrical wiring.
ANDERSON PARRISH ROAD – (Portal) A man reported the theft of two cement mixers.
GA. 24 – (Statesboro) A woman said someone broke in and ransacked her home.
OLD REGISTER ROAD – (Statesboro) A man said someone stole a set of aluminum rams.

Statesboro-Bulloch County Animal Shelter Reports
The shelter reported the following activity during the week of April 26-May 2.
Animals incoming:
    Bulloch County Humane Enforcement, rural areas – 15 dogs and one cat.
    Bulloch County Humane Enforcement, Statesboro city limits – five dogs and two cats.
    Surrendered by citizens – a dog and two cats.
    Number of animals in surrendered litters - 37 kittens.
Animals outgoing:
    Shelter adoptions  - four dogs and three cats.
    Returned to owners - four dogs.
    Died at shelter- seven cats.
    Euthanized from isolation – five dogs and eight cats.
Officer activity:
    Snake complaint inside Statesboro city limits - one.
    Court summons/citations - two.
    Warnings issued - nine.
Money collected:
    Adoption fees - $315.
    Surrender fees - $175.
    Returned animal fines  - $100.
