Statesboro Police Arrests          

            Timothy Bryan Gordon, 38, Shuman Road — aggravated sodomy, aggravated child molestation, enticing a child for indecent purposes.

            April Renee Jackson, 27, Jewel Drive — criminal trespass.

            Anthony Willie G. Venson, 30, North Foss Street — defective equipment, driving with a suspended license, DUI, license plate of another vehicle.

            Brice Patrick Dazey, 20, Valdosta — DUI, failure to yield.

            Benjamin David Schwartz, 22, Ashley, Indiana — DUI, improper starting of vehicle.

                                   

Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests           

             No arrests reported.

           

Georgia State Patrol Arrests

            Gary Thomas Moore, 55, Railroad Bed Road, Brooklet — DUI (refused)

            Troopers issued three traffic violation citations Friday.

Statesboro Police Incidents      

            INMAN LANE — A man reported his juvenile girlfriend stabbed him in the arm twice during an argument.

            GARFIELD STREET — A woman reported a man took her glasses and keys and threatened to harm her. The man said he took the items because she took his cell phone.

            THE WOODIN' NIKEL — A woman reported two men fighting near her vehicle caused damage to the hood and passenger side.

            BIG LOTS — A man reported someone stole his bicycle.

            TILLMAN STREET — A woman reported she and her boyfriend got into a verbal altercation and then he grabbed her and punched her in the mouth.

            CHANDLER ROAD — A woman reported having friends over when a dispute arose and she asked some of them to leave. They returned and threatened to harm her.

            PINE STREET — A man reported another man hit him for an unknown reason.

            HIGHWAY 80 EAST — A man reported someone stole his bicycle.

            EAST MAIN STREET — A woman reported someone attempted to gain entry into a store while it was closed, but it appeared they were unsuccessful.

            NORTH MAIN STREET — A man reported someone stole two cast iron Danish urns from his front porch.

            STATESBORO HIGH SCHOOL — Police responded to a fight involving two students.

                                   

Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents        

            ELLIS ROAD (Statesboro) — A woman reported being given a computer for Christmas but was unable to take it home at the time. Since then, it was pawned without her permission along with a number of tools.

            CARRIAGE LANE (Register) — A woman reported being involved in a verbal altercation with her husband regarding family staying at their home. She said he put a pillow in her face and started yelling at her.

            HAROLD HOWELL ROAD (Statesboro) — A woman reported a digital camera, shotgun and money stolen from her house.

            HIGHWAY 67 (Statesboro) — A man reported something flew off a semi-truck and struck his windshield, cracking it in two places.

            DRIGGER ROAD (Brooklet) — A man reported his step-daughter left the house without her permission and she hasn't been seen since.

            SHEARHOUSE LANDING (Brooklet) — A man reported people riding four-wheelers on his property without his permission.

            BROOKLET-DENMARK ROAD (Brooklet) — A woman reported an unknown person damaged her mailbox.

            DAWN DRIVE (Statesboro) — Deputies responded to a domestic dispute in which both parties admitting to pushing each other.

            THOMPSON LANE (Statesboro) — A woman reported an outboard motor stolen from her home.

            ALLISON LANE (Statesboro) — A woman reported a man put all her belongings on the front porch. He said he did it because he could no longer live with her as she was seeing another man.

            OLD DILL ROAD (Portal) — A man reported several firearms stolen from his home.

            LOCKETT DRIVE (Register) — A woman reported asking a man to leave her home because he was intoxicated and when he did, he kicked the right front rim of her car.

            HIGHWAY 46 (Statesboro) — A man said he was riding when he heard a loud bang and the right rear window of his truck shattered.       

                       

Georgia State Patrol Incidents  

            Troopers issued five warnings, assisted five motorists and investigated one crash with one reported injury Friday.
