February 25 - Statesboro Police Arrests Gabriel Perez, 27, SW 107 Avenue, Miami, Fla. – possession

Statesboro Police Arrests
    Gabriel Perez, 27, SW 107 Avenue, Miami, Fla. – possession of false identification, financial transaction card fraud.
    Juan Angel Lopez Lezano, 31, Purdy Lane, West Palm Beach, Fla. — possession of false identification, financial transaction card fraud.
    Chastity Lynn Davis, 18, Bonnie Street, Glennville – theft by shoplifting.
    Bradley Jackson Blackburn, 21, Bruce drive – following too closely, wanted person, obstruction.
    Sarah Elizabeth Gaudy, 20, Landings Parkway – obstruction.
    Joseph Willis Deal, 37, John Williams Foster Road, Register – no proof of insurance, driving with a suspended license.
    Darlene Jones, 49, East Olliff Street – wanted person/
    Tamika Lashun Chatman, 37, Lindsay court – theft by taking.
    
Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests
    Tuesday and Wednesday arrests will be published Friday.

Georgia Southern University Arrests
    Officers issued three traffic citations Tuesday.
    Jarod Christian Houston, 19, Kennedy Hall — theft by taking.
          
Statesboro Police Incidents
    THE POINTE AT SOUTHERN – A man said his girlfriend sent a text threatening him with bodily harm.
    WAL-MART – A woman was arrested for shoplifting a $3 pair of shorts.
    ADVANCE AUTO – A man found a $30 money order and receipt and turned it in to police.
    CLEVE WHITE NISSAN –Someone from a local bank called and warned the auto dealership of a man who would come ask to test drive a car, then steal it. When the suspicious man arrived, the dealership called police. No further details were included in reports.
    DUNLAP STREET – A man said another man struck him with a whip, causing a laceration, then fled.
    BRAMPTON AVENUE – A woman reported an iPod and transmitter stolen from her car.
    STONEHAVEN DRIVE – A woman and her juvenile daughter argued over cooking breakfast and the mother called police, saying the daughter was unruly.
    GOODWILL – A woman left her purse in a shopping cart, and another woman took it, resulting in her arrest after police found the purse in her locked trunk.
    BUTLER STREET – A woman said her son verbally abuses her and other family members.
    CAMPUS CROSSINGS – A woman reported finding a truck loaded with copper wire. She reported it as suspicious.
    EL SOMBRERO/FAIR ROAD – A man called police after another man verbally harassed him and made obscene gestures.
    MILL RUN APARTMENTS – A woman told police her husband hid in the shrubs and spied upon her.
    McCOOK’S PHARMACY – An employee reported a suspicious transaction that may be an altered prescription.
    
Bulloch County Sheriff's Incidents
    BEN GRADY COLLINS ROAD – (Portal) A woman told deputies another woman she knows made threats against a third female, and she wanted it documented in case anything happened.
    G. W. OLIVER ROAD – (Statesboro) A woman reported a man stealing items from her home, and when deputies caught him with the loot, they arrested him.
    CYPRESS LAKE DRIVE – (Register) A woman said a man claiming to represent Bank of America called her, revealing personal information, and asked further questions.

Georgia Southern University Incidents
    Officers issued two traffic warnings, assisted six motorists, responded to one alarm, responded to a drug complaint at Southern Courtyard and investigated two accidents Tuesday.
    NEWTON BUILDING – A vending machine was damaged.

    Bulloch County Sheriff's Department— nine calls.
    Statesboro Police Department— 21 calls.
    University Police Department – one call.
    Georgia State Patrol –  one call.
    Candler County Sheriff's Department — three calls.
    Evans County Sheriff's Department – three calls.

    Central 911 dispatchers issued the following calls Tuesday:
    Statesboro Fire Department – two calls.
          
    911 EMS Reports
    Central 911 dispatchers issued the following calls Tuesday:
    Bulloch County EMS – three accident calls and 10 medical calls.
    Candler County EMS – five medical calls.
    Evans County EMS – one medical call.
    Central 911 dispatchers also routed the following calls Tuesday: two calls to Bryan County 911 and a call to the Marietta Police Department.
