Gregory Scott Romano, 36, Ponderosa Road, Portal - fleeing/attempt to elude police, obstruction, probation violation.
Charles Thomas Groff, 55, Melissa Way, Lenoir, TN - driving with a suspended non CDL license, giving false identity information, no medical certificate (special license requirement).
Quentin Lashawn Lanier, 20. Pinemount Boulevard - criminal attempt at theft by taking, criminal trespass.
Joshua Deontez Lanier, 21, Pinemount Boulevard - criminal attempt at theft by taking, criminal trespass.

FERNWOOD DRIVE - (Ellabell) A man said someone stole copper wiring from an air conditioner.
PECAN GROVE ROAD - (Portal) A woman said someone shattered her vehicle window.
LEEFIELD STATION ROAD _ (Brooklet) A man reported he and his daughter wrestled over a cell phone.
YOUNGBLOOD DRIVE - (Statesboro) A man said someone stole a rifle from his vehicle.
PULASKI ROAD - (Statesboro) A woman reported prescription medicines stolen.
T. PERKINS ROAD - (Statesboro) A man and woman argued and the man called deputies to intervene.
LAGOON ROAD - (Brooklet) A woman said her husband came to her ex-husband's house and kicked the door in angry over a previous dispute.

Number of animals in surrendered litters - eight puppies and six kittens.

Returned to owners - a dog and a cat.
Euthanized from isolation - 16 dogs and seven cats.
