While screams echo from the midway outside, the atmosphere in the Kiwanis Ogeechee Fair arts and crafts display building is calm and soothing. People browse among chicken wire structures containing treasured artwork, hand painted rocks, crocheted clothing, intricately designed ornaments and more.
