    Dana Theresa Smith, 42, Plantation Mobile Home Park — possession of a controlled substance, possession of a rug-related object.
    Tyrone Alan Clark, 36, Baker Street, Collins — possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, felony destruction of evidence, obstruction.
    Robbie Lee Wallace Jr.,  28, Solomon Circle — marijuana possession.
    Lamitrious L. Omoniyi, 39, Institute Street —     battery.
    Leanna Marie Combs, 19, Park Place Apartments — contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
    Joseph Wesley Lee Poyner, 19, Clito Road — contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
    Hector Rodriguez, 25, Amelia Road, Claxton — reckless conduct, contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
    Clinton Lee Washington, 19, Van Buren Street — hit and run, driving without a valid license, DUI, giving false information, following too closely.
    Margaret Michelle Strickland, 18, Lake Drive, Pembroke — obstruction, failure to yield, driving without a valid license.

    Terry Lynn Womack, 41, Hightower Road — bench warrant.
    Livingston Bernard Troupe, 40, Lewis Church Road, Millen — speeding, driving with a suspended or revoked license, DUI (refused test), open container, seat belt violation.
    Ernestine Myles, 44, Lewis Church Road, Millen — giving false identity to law enforcement officers.
    John Paul Barnes, 53, Bedford Street — DUI, open container.
    Katrina Renea Thompson, 35, Berry Circle, Metter —  DUI.
    Robbie Felder Mills Jr., 60, Mills Road, Twin City — DUI, speeding.
    Leonardo Sanchez, 24, Soperton Highway, Eastman — DUI, no driver's license, failure to maintain lane, defective exhaust.
    Homer Melton Bashlor, 38, Ga. 17, Richmond Hill — DUI.
    James Willard Beasley, 38, U.S. 301 South — probation violation.
    Renoda Chyunna Hendrix, 25, East Olliff Street — probation violation.

    Charles Gregory Brown, 31, Live Oak Loop, Ellabell — driving with a suspended or revoked license, operating an unregistered or unlicensed vehicle.

    James David Owens Jr., 33, Ga. 17, Brunswick — aggravated assault.
    Nehemias Hernandez Escobar, 33, Cambridge Apartments — obstruction.
    Juan Ortiz Perez, 30, Hendrix Circle — simple battery (family violence).
    Patrick Scott McCormick, 31, Brooklet-Denmark Road — simple assault, criminal trespass, probation violation.
    Luis Javier, Nava, 20, Hodges Circle — DUI under 21, failure to maintain lane, no driver's license, stop sign violation.
    Robert Lynn Helman Jr., 37, Arnold Street, Savannah — theft by taking, obstruction of an officer.
    David Stevenson Brunson, 38, Kennedy Bridge Road, Register — probation violation.

Georgia State Patrol Arrests
     William J. Little, 57, Houston Lake Road, Kathleen — DUI(pending test results).
    Darrell M. Mixon, 22, Harvey Mixon Road — DUI (.113).
    Troopers issued 39 citations Monday for traffic violation.
    
Georgia Southern University Arrests
    Robert Dwayne Mills, 18, Deluxe Inn — theft by taking.
   Leonard Jock Raymond, 17,  Budget Inn — theft by taking.
    
Statesboro Police Incidents   
    SUMMIT APARTMENTS — A man said he loaned his bicycle to a man who did not return it.
    LITTLE LOTTS CREEK APARTMENTS — A woman said a man called her a dozen times, threatening to harm her.
    SOUTH COLLEGE STREET — Police responded to a domestic disturbance.
    SOUTH MAIN/EAST JONES AVENUE — Police arrested two juvenile involved in a strong-arm robbery, also charging them with false imprisonment, battery and unruly juvenile.
    HARVEY'S (Northside Drive West) — A juvenile put two packs of gum in her pocket and left without paying.
    COLLEGE LANE — A man was arrested for an altercation with a juvenile in which the juvenile suffered a cut to the head.
    EAGLE INN — Three adults were arrested for involvement in allowing two juveniles (age 14) to be in the motel room. The three were charged with contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
    CAMBRIDGE AT SOUTHERN — A resident said someone kicked in a door and took a TV.
    BUTLER HOMES — A woman said an adult male chased and threatened a juvenile.
    UNIVERSITY POINTE APARTMENTS — Police responded to a domestic dispute over keys.
            
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents   
    DELOACH DIESEL SERVICES — (Statesboro) A man told deputies someone took a ratchet tool set. Detectives discovered the tool set had been pawned by a listed suspect.
    SCOTTISH INN (Register) A woman reported a female moved out of the hotel after becoming behind in her rent.
    ROCKY FORD ROAD — (Portal) A man told deputies his brother has had his mother's tractor for some time and argued over bringing it back.    The argument escalated into one brother challenging the other to a fight, and cursing at his brother's wife, calling her names.
    CHEROKEE COURT — (Statesboro) A man said he and a woman were sleeping when they heard a loud bang. They awoke to see " a set of feet" enter his back door. The feet could be seen from underneath the bedroom door. When the man spoke to his wife, the feet left.
    TALONS LAKE — (Statesboro) A resident reported a Sony X-Box, a DVD player, a jewelry box with jewelry taken during a burglary.
    
Georgia State Patrol Incidents   
    Troopers issued 59 warnings, assisted 11 motorists and investigated one crash with one reported injury Monday.
    
Georgia Southern University Incidents
      Officers issued one traffic warning and assisted one motorist Monday.
    BULLOCH — During December, Georgia State Patrol Post 45 Troopers investigated 68 crashes with 38 reported injuries, said Sgt. First-Class Christopher Wright, post commander. Troopers also issued 356 citations including 14 DUI arrests, 187 speeding tickets, 29 seat belt violations and two child restraint violations as well as 526 warnings.
    CANDLER — During December, Georgia State Patrol Post 45 Troopers investigated 20 crashes with 12 reported injuries and one fatality, said Sgt. First-Class Christopher Wright, post commander. Troopers also issued 141 citations including six DUI arrests, 77 speeding tickets, 10 seat belt violations and two child restraint violations as well as 147 warnings.
    EVANS — During December, Georgia State Patrol Post 45 Troopers investigated seven crashes with seven reported  injuries, said Sgt. First-Class Christopher Wright, post commander. Troopers also issued 108 citations including seven DUI arrests, 42 speeding tickets, 14 seat belt violations and one child restraint violation as well as 195 warnings.
