Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests    
    Carl Kendrick Bragg, 64, Bragg Road, Brooklet — damaging or tampering with property of a public service provider, theft of services.
    Barbara Scott, 64, West Lee Street, Brooklet —   damaging or tampering with property of a public service provider, theft of services.
    Helen Lewis, 45, Roundtree Street — theft of services.
    Leon Mark Owens, 37, West Inman Street — failure to register as a convicted sex offender.
    Becki Gwinnette Hodges, 54, Shaw Road, Brooklet — financial transaction card fraud, financial transaction card theft, financial identity theft.
    Frankie Edward Sheffield, 51, Old Dill Road, Portal — probation violation.
    Gregory Gordon Nesbit, 51, Parrish Road — theft of services.
    
Portal Police Arrests
    Frellie June Hagins, 37, Banks Creek Road, Portal — criminal trespass.
    Amanda Michelle Gwaltney, 24, North Grady Street, Portal — criminal trespass, disorderly conduct.
    
Georgia State Patrol Arrests
     Troopers issued 13 citations Thursday for traffic violations.

Statesboro Police Incidents    
    MILL CREEK PARK — Police responded to a report of smoke coming from a bathroom and found where someone set a paper towel dispenser on fire.
    BERMUDA RUN APARTMENTS — A woman reported $80 missing from her wallet.
    EAST GEORGIA REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER — Police responded to a dispute between a woman and her brother over custody of a child.
        
Bulloch Sheriff's Incidents    
    GOLF CLUB CIRCLE — (Statesboro) A woman told deputies she and her live-in boyfriend argued on Christmas Eve, and he refused to leave when she asked. He then pulled a "little black gun" and pointed it at her. After she feared for her life, the man told her it was only a toy. He left after she said she was calling the law, she said.
    But when deputies questioned the man at his parents' house, he said he pulled a pellet pistol and shot the woman in the buttocks. When deputies tried to arrest the man, he struggled. Another man came towards deputies yelling, and continued forward in spite of being warned. A deputy used pepper spray on the second man, who was arrested as well.
    In a separate incident, a woman said she found her Chihuahua had been shot in the upper right side of his tail with a pellet. She removed the pellet and called deputies.
    JO DAN ROAD — (Register) A man said  his girlfriend got angry because she saw h im talking to another woman at a party. He went  home to find a pile of ashes still burning, which had been his clothing. The girlfriend smashed two glass tables, cut cords to his freezer and refrigerator, broke his entertainment center and shattered plates.
    PAMELA WAY — (Statesboro) A woman said she and her husband argued and he  threw her belongings in the yard.
    LANES CHURCH ROAD — (Brooklet) A man reported damage to a Bulloch County Correctional Institute tractor.
    In a separate incident, a man came to another man's house, intoxicated, and started an argument. He threatened a witness in front of deputies, then threatened deputies who arrested him.
    ALLENWOOD DRIVE — (Statesboro) Someone called to report neighbors arguing. Deputies found a man and woman with injuries and could not identify the primary aggressor, so they arrested both for battery.
    U.S. 80 EAST — (Brooklet) Deputies found a woman hitchhiking who "smelled profusely of alcohol" and was incoherent when stating where she was going.
    CLIFTON ROAD — (Statesboro) A woman brought a juvenile to the sheriff's department to file a report. The child had a bruise on his head and said his father struck him with an open hand in the face. The father turned himself in and stated he did strike the child in a disciplinary manner.
    MOORE ROAD — (Portal) Deputies responded to a domestic dispute where a woman was angry because a man cheated on her.
    WELLINGTON CIRCLE —(Statesboro) A woman said someone took a three foot tall lighted Christmas tree form her porch.
    M. P. MARTIN ROAD — (Brooklet) A woman said she and a man argued about going to Wal-Mart.
    GA. 46 — (Register) Deputies responded to a report of a man lying on the shoulder of the road and found him sleeping. After several attempts to awaken the man, he finally woke up and told deputies he was walking to Register to visit a friend. He blew into a hand-held breath alcohol device and registered .199.
    
Georgia State Patrol Incidents    
    Troopers issued 18 warnings and assisted three motorists Thursday.

    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Thursday:
    Bulloch County Sheriff's Department - five calls.
    Statesboro Police Department — 11 calls.
    Georgia State Patrol Post 45 — one call.
    Portal Police Department — one call.
     Candler County Sheriff's Department — four calls.
    Claxton Police Department — one call.

    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Thursday:
    Statesboro Fire Department — two calls.
    Metter Fire Department — four call.
    Claxton Fire Department — one call.
    Hagan Fire Department — one call.
        
911 EMS Reports
    Central 911 operators dispatched the following calls Thursday:
    Bulloch County EMS — 16 medical calls.   
    Candler County EMS — six  medical calls.  
    Evans County EMS — one medical call.    
    Central 911 operators also routed  one call to Wayne County 911.
