    Ashley Brooke Gaskins and Dennis Mitchell Clark were united in marriage at 6 in the evening on Saturday, August 12, 2006 at the Statesboro Primitive Baptist Church. The wedding ceremony was performed by Randy M. Waters, pastor of the Statesboro Primitive Baptist Church.
    Music was provided by Candace M. Baer, pianist; and Heather Mims, soloist.
    The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Allen Gaskins of Statesboro. She is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Ollie Gaskins of Garden City and Wilene Bailey of Brunswick.
    The groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Denny Clark and is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Charles L. Mallard and Mr. and Mrs. Roy P. Clark Sr., all of Statesboro.
    Given in marriage by her parents, the bride chose her sister, Cristle Gaskins, as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Meredith Clark, sister of the groom; and Jenny Sheffield, friend of the bride and groom. Madison Robinson, niece of the bride, served as flower girl.
    The groom chose his father as best man. Groomsmen were Josh Gaskins, brother of the bride; and Shane Sheffield, friend of the bride and groom. Ushers were Andrew Mize and Toby Conner, both cousins of the groom. Tennessee Sack, cousin of the groom, served as ring bearer.
    A reception followed the ceremony in the Statesboro Primitive Baptist Church fellowship hall.
    The couple will make their home in Statesboro.
